Early in 2000 Gary Crosby and Alan Greaves brought together their skills, computer programming and water hygiene, respectively to create a software package designed specifically to meet the guidance in ACoP L8. In 2001 Graham Thompson joined them with his specialist water treatment knowledge and last but not least David Greaves who brings a fresh programming approach. The practical experience of this partnership was invaluable in starting from a ‘blank sheet design’.
The basic principles we aim to achieve:

- Ensure our designs help you meet or exceed the requirements of ACoP L8.
- Configure our software so as to allow you to design inspection & monitoring routines that meet your exacting requirements.
- To continuously improve the software - technically, functionally and therefore make it easier to use.

Computers are widely used to keep track of processes in business and government organisations. Health and Safety is at times a complicated process requiring keen attention to prevent tragic consequences and serious retribution.
It therefore makes sense to use a specialised computer system to keep track of something as important as Legionella control.
